Job Summary
Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities by targeting electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators within hospitals, integrated delivery networks, and private practices. Develop and execute a territory growth plan that emphasizes market penetration and product adoption, leading the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close. Deliver high-impact, data-driven sales presentations to establish relationships with key opinion leaders and drive strategic partnerships, while managing the ongoing performance and operational health of accounts using Salesforce.com. Continuously analyze territory performance and market trends to refine strategies and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of successful sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales
- Proven success in capturing market share, launching new territories/products, or displacing incumbents through value-based selling
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex environments
- Strict adherence to iRhythm's Code of Conduct, compliance policies, and promotional guidelines
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professional judgment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, adaptability, and resilience
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approx. 4.5 days/week in field, with periodic weeknights and overnight travel as required)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs)
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
