Job Summary
Drive aggressive territory growth by identifying, prospecting, and winning new business opportunities in central Texas markets including Austin, San Antonio, and Waco. Build a strong pipeline of new accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers through extensive field calls, product expertise, and solution-based training. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, then collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and resolve account challenges. Manage pricing, negotiations, and profitability to achieve sustainable revenue growth. This role requires overnight travel and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of successful sales experience
- Experience preferably in an outside sales or business development role
- Strong negotiation skills
- Relationship-building skills
- Closing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage a sales territory
- Ability to consistently achieve growth objectives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Proficiency with Excel
- Proficiency with Power BI
- Willingness to travel overnight
- A passion for hunting, prospecting, and building new business from the ground up
