Job Summary
Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales builds relationships with growers and agri-business leaders, develops new business, supports existing clients, and represents Pape’ Machinery in the assigned Oregon territory. Travel in a company-provided sales vehicle to meet face-to-face with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support from purchase to service. The role emphasizes developing opportunities, expanding market share, and delivering advanced large agricultural equipment solutions while driving growth and profitability. Requirements include prior sales experience, knowledge of agricultural equipment (precision ag technology preferred), financing background preferred, excellent customer relations and communication skills, strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), a valid driver’s license, and experience operating heavy equipment and trailer combinations. Required Qualifications
- Previous sales experience
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology preferred
- Financing background preferred
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Driver’s license with a good driving record
- Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred
