Job Summary
Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales responsible for building long-term relationships with growers, producers, and agri-business leaders in the Oregon territory. Focus on delivering advanced large agricultural equipment solutions to maximize customers' efficiency and profitability, developing new business, supporting existing clients, and representing Pape’ Machinery as a visible leader. Daily activities include field travel in a company-provided sales vehicle, face-to-face meetings with customers, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless support from purchase to service. The role emphasizes relationship development, understanding market trends, and driving growth and market share in the assigned territory. Training and mentorship are provided to succeed, with compensation described as salary plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- Previous sales experience
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology preferred
- Financing background preferred
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Driver’s license with a good driving record
- Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred
