Job Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for meeting activity standards for quotes and orders, managing installation projects, and coordinating work with crews. The role involves maintaining accurate records through Salesforce CRM, monitoring account receivables, and requires up to 50% travel in the field. Candidates must have strong communication and organizational skills, be proficient in project management, and be comfortable with technology including Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) plus related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry.
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
- Flexibility to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
- Proven ability to manage projects and communicate key project tasks.
- Computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
