Job Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for meeting Stonhard's sales activity standards, managing project responsibilities at installation sites, maintaining accurate account records through Salesforce CRM, and monitoring customer accounts receivables. This role requires spending a minimum of 4 days per week in the field, with up to 50% travel. Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, demonstrate flexibility in a rapidly changing environment, and have experience managing projects. Job requirements also include computer proficiency, a valid driver's license, and adherence to safety protocols on job sites. Physical demands involve mobility and safety equipment usage.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) plus related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com)
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation, organization, and planning skills
- Ability to manage projects effectively
