Job Summary
Develop account strategies to deliver business targets and receivables with customer delight. Manage business with Epiroc core values—Innovation, Commitment, and Collaboration. Establish trust and rapport with key clients to understand and address their needs, goals, and challenges. Navigate technical and commercial negotiations to increase market share profitability. Deliver reports and CRM updates; act as a front-face of Epiroc in the region; develop business for new product portfolio; demonstrate safety and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- Minimum of 8 years work experience preferably in sales & marketing for OEM in mining
- Strong understanding of Mining and Construction customer segment and operation details
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook are required
- Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software
- Fluent in English
- Valid driving license
- Valid passport
- Strong specification selling skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with commercial acumen
- Contract management skills
