Job Summary

Manage and grow a multi-million-dollar territory in Arizona & New Mexico by increasing beverage and food sales with large local operators across restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and lodging. Build a strong pipeline through consultative sales approaches, conducting menu analysis, beverage ideation sessions, and recipe development for high-volume operators. Implement seasonal menus, LTOs, and promotions to drive incremental growth while providing product and application training to customers, brokers, and distributor reps. Generate new business via cold calling and lead follow-up, oversee equipment placement, and maintain CRM records from lead to close. Build a network of key referral sources within the territory. Overnight travel is required up to 40%, and the role involves lifting up to 35 lbs for product demos. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager, focusing on foodservice channels within Kerry's global food and beverage industry.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of beverage sales experience selling foodservice operators via broadline or liquor distribution
  • Overnight travel required as needed (up to 40%) and have reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (for product demos)
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office & CRM systems to manage customers, pipeline, and territory
  • Comfortable using social media channels as well to highlight customer engagements and promote Kerry brands
  • College degree preferred
  • Hunter mentality with strong passion to win
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills
  • Team player with a willingness to collaborate with others to drive results
  • Display engaging and creative presentation skills that highlight beverage expertise and knowledge
  • Ability to thrive in a fun and fast-paced sales role by leveraging beverage industry relationships, knowledge, flavor trends, insights, and mixology skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience leading and managing bar/mixology operations for bars/restaurants is a plus
  • Knowledge of front and back of house operations is also a plus
