Job Summary
Territory Manager in Kansas City for NOCD, a leading tele-health provider focused on ERP therapy for OCD. You will be the face of NOCD in your market, meeting face-to-face with behavioral health prescribers, clinicians, and health systems to educate on ERP therapy, expand provider partnerships, and challenge outdated referral habits. You’ll leverage data and deep knowledge of the behavioral healthcare industry to have high-impact conversations that map out your territory, with high autonomy and a focus on meeting monthly patient quotas. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience; travel up to 75% within the assigned territory. Base salary plus commission with Year 1 OTE of $120,000-$130,000.
