Territory Manager - Joint Replacement

Job Summary
Achieve sales targets across the Adelaide Joint Replacement territory by building relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders. Provide in-theatre support during hip and knee replacement procedures while driving adoption of Joint Replacement implants and MAKO robotic-arm technology. Grow existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and deliver product training to healthcare professionals. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and territory forecast while monitoring market activity to execute growth plans. Requires a Bachelor's degree, minimum two years of medical device sales experience, and ability to travel regularly throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Medical Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, clinical support, or a related customer-facing healthcare role
- Ability to travel regularly throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia
- Valid driver's licence
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in orthopaedic, trauma, sports medicine, reconstruction, or implantable medical device sales
- Experience supporting healthcare professionals within operating theatre environments
- Experience managing a sales territory and delivering against revenue targets
- Experience working with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
