Job Summary
Territory Manager for Joint Replacement in South Brisbane, responsible for owning the territory, driving sales targets, building relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders, providing expert in-theatre support across hip and knee replacement procedures, growing usage of an implant-led portfolio, and managing pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline. Collaborates with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team; travel approximately 20% within Australia. Work flexibility includes remote/alternate workplace arrangements with a field-based/home-office setup, and occasional onsite requirements at customer facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Required 3+ years Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a strong track record
- Commercial mindset with end-to-end territory ownership
- Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders
- Resilience, accountability, and drive to win
