Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for the sale, rental, or leasing of John Deere and other equipment, parts, and service within designated territory; build and maintain customer relationships, quote and negotiate prices and terms, manage rentals and market share, and meet or exceed sales targets. Prepare contracts, records, and close orders; provide on-site demonstrations, technical support, and solutions to equipment needs; manage expenses, logs, and prospect lists; participate in training and sales meetings to stay current with equipment and deals; contribute to after-sale value through parts/service sales.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- College degree preferred
- Valid driver's license
