Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for Hartford CT, Westchester NY, Long Island NY, and Western Massachusetts with a focus on selling anesthesia and patient monitoring solutions to hospitals and surgery centers. Lead territory plan to drive revenue growth, build a robust pipeline across hospitals and surgery centers, conduct product demos and evaluations, and position solutions as the preferred choice. Collaborate with clinical specialists, service, and marketing; lead post-sale installations and training; establish relationships with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, OR directors, and biomedical engineers; may assist onboarding of new sales hires. Must be able to travel extensively, navigate complex hospital decision-making, and demonstrate success in capital equipment or medical device sales; proficient in CRM tools and PowerPoint.
