Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for developing a territory plan focused on revenue growth and competitive wins across hospitals and surgery centers. You’ll build and maintain a robust pipeline, conduct product demonstrations and evaluations, collaborate with clinical specialists, service, and marketing, and lead post-sale installations and training to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong hunter mentality, experience in capital equipment or medical device sales, comfort with extensive travel, and adeptness at navigating multi-disciplinary hospital decision-making, including relationships with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, OR directors, and biomedical engineers.
Required Qualifications

- Proven ability to navigate hospital decision-making
- CRM proficiency
