Job Summary
Territory Manager for a neurovascular medical device portfolio in Utah & Colorado. Lead territory sales grown through clinical support, education, and cross-functional collaboration. Serve as liaison to physicians, hospital staff, and purchasing stakeholders; provide intraoperative case coverage for embolization coil procedures; develop and execute territory sales strategies; identify new business opportunities; deliver product education and training to clinicians, nurses, and technicians; analyze market trends and competitive activity; participate in conferences and industry programs; ensure inventory accuracy and compliance; drive account growth through product launches and customer training initiatives; maintain ongoing professional development and uphold quality standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in neurovascular or medical device sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence, empathy and adaptability
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-focused
