Job Summary
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, architects, distributors, and contractors to drive profitable growth and increase adoption of PNA solutions. Provide technical support including product guidance, take-offs, and construction document review while managing the territory distribution network. Apply value-selling techniques to deliver presentations and collaborate with Sales Engineers to influence specifications and accelerate project opportunities. Utilize CRM and the Buy-Cycle Funnel process to prospect, quote, close projects, and forecast sales. Conduct jobsite visits to support proper product installation and leverage ITW Business Principles to identify opportunities. Develop territory plans and provide market intelligence to support growth initiatives within the Northeast United States market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers within the assigned territory
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market and sales data and develop effective growth strategies
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and project specifications
- Ability to travel overnight up to 60%
- Valid U.S. passport
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering or Business degree
- Experience in construction, concrete, building materials, or structural/civil engineering
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or other CRM platforms for opportunity, quote, and funnel management
