Job Summary
Territory Manager in Infusion Therapies and Platform for Baxter in the Texas and New Mexico market. Responsibilities include achieving sales quotas across Baxter’s Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy products; calling on acute-care hospital customers; delivering presentations, product information, demonstrations, and education; partnering with Infusion Systems and cross-functional teams to meet goals; protecting and growing the existing customer base; and managing Baxter’s GPO contracts. Requires collaboration across Materials Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Risk Management, and other departments; travel to remote and urban locations is anticipated. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience (or 6+ years in the industry) and strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and data-interpretation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Three years of medical/hospital sales experience preferred.
