Job Summary
Meet with healthcare professionals to educate them on Vivo's patient services and benefits while prospecting for new business and nurturing existing relationships. Collaborate with clinical, sales, and navigator teams to address provider concerns using consultative selling, and partner with pharmaceutical representatives to develop territory strategies. Log daily calls in the Trella Health CRM and maintain notes on regional market changes. Travel consistently within 30-60 miles of supported clinics to drive provider relationships and improve patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals
- 2 years of pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales experience
- Valid state driver's license
- Automobile insurance
- Safe reliable transportation to be used to travel within the outlined territory
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of managing sales territory while meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Learning agility
- Problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy with the ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn or experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
