Job Summary
Territory Manager in Lafayette, IN, responsible for building and operationalizing GTM strategies, cultivating relationships with referral sources and clinical partners, and leading 4–5 days/week in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to drive access to Charlie Health programs. Collaborates with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve go-to-market goals, attends educational meetings and networking events, and supports multi-channel engagement across partnerships while delivering strong relationship management and stakeholder outreach in a behavioral-health context.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in the Lafayette, IN area
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver's license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
