Job Summary
Drive sales and promotion of Lilly Immunology products to 50 customers across LA North and LA South, while covering open territories in the West Region for medical leave or vacancies. Execute effective sales engagements with targeted dermatologists and allergists to meet or exceed established account activity and time-in-territory expectations. Deploy HQ-approved educational programs to advance identified opportunities and build deep relationships with decision-makers to execute brand strategy. Navigate the healthcare ecosystem to gain access and create customer value, utilizing CRM platforms and Microsoft 30% to 50% travel including overnights to ensure consistent territory coverage.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree required
- 1+ years pharmaceutical sales required
- Ability to travel 30% - 50% as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends to work the territory
- Documented history and proven track record of sales success
- Background in navigating complex accounts within integrated health systems
- Experience or thorough understanding of specialty pharmacy distribution model
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintenance of an acceptable driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
