Job Summary
Drive sales and promotion of Lilly Immunology products to 50 customers across LA North and LA South, while covering open territories in the West Region for medical leave or vacancies. Execute effective sales engagements with targeted dermatologists and allergists, utilizing HQ-approved educational programs to advance opportunities. Navigate the healthcare ecosystem to build relationships with decision makers, analyze sales data for strategic actions, and maintain regular territory coverage. This role requires 3-8 overnights monthly, 30-50% travel, and a valid driver's license. Report to the Vanigent Business Director, Immunology, with a base salary of $100,000 to $140,000.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree required
- 1+ years pharmaceutical sales required
- Ability to travel 30% - 50% as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends to work the territory
- Documented history and proven track record of sales success
- Background in navigating complex accounts within integrated health systems
- Experience or thorough understanding of specialty pharmacy distribution model
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintenance of an acceptable driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
