Job Summary
Territory Manager in Central Illinois driving growth via outbound outreach, establishing and expanding relationships with clinical partners and referral sources, and leading meetings with patients, parents, and providers. Responsibilities include developing and operationalizing GTM strategy for new market penetration, building partnerships, traveling 4-5 days/week for in-person or hybrid events, delivering education and networking sessions, gathering market feedback to inform marketing/product strategies, and collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to meet GTM goals. Requires 1-4 years of sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to travel locally, and fluency in English. Healthcare experience is a plus; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Central Illinois (Springfield, Peoria, Bloomington, Champaign-Urbana), IL
- Must be fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
