Territory Manager – iGaming - North Africa

Job Summary
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for North Africa by identifying market opportunities and building relationships with operators, platforms, aggregators, and strategic partners. Manage the full new-business process from prospecting and product presentations to negotiations, contracting, and commercial handover. Present online casino, live casino, jackpot, and player-engagement solutions to senior stakeholders while tracking regional market developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activity. Collaborate with internal product, marketing, legal, compliance, and account-management teams to support successful launches and optimize existing partnerships through cross-sell opportunities. Deliver accurate commercial forecasts, pipeline updates, and market reports. This role requires proven experience in iGaming business development and a strong understanding of North African gaming markets, with a willingness to travel across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, commercial partnerships, account management, sales or territory management within iGaming, online casino, payments, gaming technology or a comparable B2B environment
- Strong understanding of North African gaming, digital entertainment, payments or online betting markets
- Experience managing complex commercial sales cycles and senior stakeholder relationships
- Strong negotiation, presentation and commercial-analysis skills
- Ability to navigate market complexity, regulatory nuance and cross-border commercial environments
- Willingness to travel across North Africa as required
- Excellent English communication skills

- Existing relationships with relevant operators, platforms, aggregators, affiliates or technology partners
- French and Arabic language capability
