Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for managing assigned territory to achieve sales goals, developing market share, and maintaining excellent customer service. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, update merchandising displays to Hillman standards, generate sales proposals and pricing terms, and coordinate with corporate on programs. Travel daily (up to ~200 miles) and work independently with a company car and gas card. Requires effective communication with customers, sales management, and stakeholders; strong emphasis on driving profitable growth and market understanding.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications and applicable sales software
- Prior sales experience preferred
