Job Summary
Develop and operationalize go-to-market strategy for efficient new market penetration, creating and managing relationships with referral sources across priority markets. Go in the field 4-5 days per week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers, uncovering needs, addressing barriers to treatment, and cementing community partnerships. Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels while deepening penetration within existing partnerships. Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform future marketing and product strategies, collaborating closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in Fort Worth, TX
- Must be fluent in English
- You have 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
Desired Qualifications
- owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
- Experience working with or selling to hospitals is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
