Job Summary

Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan aligned to brand objectives for tirabrutinib, building strong relationships with hematology/oncology healthcare professionals and key accounts across Western PA, OH, MD, and DE. Communicate the clinical profile of tirabrutinib, present pivotal trial data clearly, and address clinical and non-clinical barriers to treatment adoption while identifying opportunities and access barriers to inform cross-functional collaboration. Synthesize market insights to adjust account action plans and support launch readiness, providing field feedback to refine resources and processes. Execute activities in a compliant, ethical, and patient-focused manner using CRM tools to drive territory execution and seamless provider experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in business, life sciences, or related discipline
  • 8+ year pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in malignant hematology
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
  • Must reside within the assigned territory
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate complex clinical information and pivotal data in a clear, credible, and impactful manner with a range of oncology stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with key customers, treatment centers, and account stakeholders in complex specialty markets
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including patient identification, clinical conviction, access and reimbursement considerations, and distribution dynamics
  • Strong business acumen and ability to use data, analytics, and market insights to inform account planning and territory execution
  • Experience working cross-functionally with partners such as Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations, and Training to support business objectives and field effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs, apply market insights, and execute effectively in complex or competitive environments
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence without authority
  • Ability to adapt to change, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving launch environment
  • Must consistently act with high ethical standards and maintain a strong commitment to compliance

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience in rare disease, and/or oral oncolytic markets
  • Residing within approximately 50 miles of the primary business hub or area where the majority of customer activity is concentrated
  • Launch experience in specialty, oncology, hematology, or other complex markets
