Job Summary
Territory Manager – Healthcare Services is responsible for developing and executing a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals, generating new leads through networking and territory planning, building relationships with decision makers and influencers, presenting the company’s services in person and via digital channels, supporting existing clients to improve service and referrals, tracking performance and adjusting plans, attending regular sales meetings, completing administrative tasks (CRM updates, expense reports, travel planning), and traveling 25–35% for meetings and events. Requires 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience (4+ preferred), a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, strong communication/organizational/problem-solving skills, CRM proficiency, independence, time management, and goal-driven mindset. Medical sales experience in pharma or devices is preferred but not required.
