Job Summary
Territory Manager in Greater Detroit responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategy, building relationships with referral sources, and leading in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to expand Charlie Health’s behavioral health programs. You’ll design and deepen partnerships across channels, attend educational and networking events, and synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve go-to-market goals, travel locally to meet partners 4-5 days per week, and leverage skills in relationship-building, consultative selling, and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Detroit, MI
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver's license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
