Job Summary

Manage territory sales for Gema standard products, including distribution sales and development. Coordinate pricing strategies to meet targets and negotiate with distributors. Direct sales of automatic gun (Retrofit) and booth system sales, either independently or with regional manager support. Develop sales targets, quotas, and performance goals for distributors while generating monthly reports on networking and sales opportunities. Create quotations and provide input to the Regional Manager or Director for growth results. Support national sales meetings, marketing events, and local distributor sales activities. Requires considerable travel; candidates ideally reside in Charlotte or Atlanta.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
  • Three – five years related work experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with computers
  • Comfortable with presentation software
  • Comfortable with spread sheets
  • Comfortable with word management programs
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Previous experience with distribution or distribution management
  • Value selling and sales training for technical sales
  • Additional technical background
  • Ability to read and communicate with all aspects of the organization
  • Ability to communicate with vendors
  • Ability to communicate internationally
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Ability to deal with a variety of concrete variables
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • No immigration sponsorship eligibility (H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT)

Desired Qualifications

  • Candidates ideally will live in Charlotte or Atlanta
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and communicate with all aspects of the organization, and vendors, some international
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume must be able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where most items are standardized
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Additional technical background very beneficial
