Job Summary
The Territory Business Manager – Orthopaedics is responsible for managing the PRECICE Nail Portfolio through strategic planning and implementation to achieve sales goals. Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, developing relationships with orthopedic surgeons, providing expert clinical support, and executing territory sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, particularly in orthopaedics, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in orthopaedics, trauma, or limb reconstruction
- Demonstrated ability to drive territory growth and exceed sales targets
- Willingness to travel within Victoria and nationally as required
- Valid driver's license
- Working with Children’s Check – Victoria (or willing to obtain)
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures, implants, and instrumentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
