Job Summary

Outside sales specialist driving sales growth in material handling solutions within an assigned territory by identifying prospects, developing strategic sales plans, promoting products (forklifts, aerial lifts, and related solutions), building lasting client relationships, conducting follow-ups, delivering technical consultative support, and preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts; requires strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills, along with the ability to learn complex product details and travel within the territory.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proven track record of outside sales
  • experience in material handling, industrial equipment, or related industries
  • Experience with solution-based selling and complex sales cycles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex product details
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must Haves: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the sales territory
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
