Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for achieving revenue and implant goals, developing relationships with new and existing territory customers, understanding the product in a competitive environment, and providing engineering, sales, and technical support. Requires developing and executing an actionable business plan, handling administrative duties (expense reports, scheduling, travel), and complying with FDA/regulatory requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, physicians, and technicians; ability to travel for territory coverage and client meetings; strong communication and organizational skills; familiarity with medical device industry and clinical studies/data collection. Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years relevant experience) and 3+ years sales experience preferred; schedule flexibility and travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or four years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of successful sales or related business experience, preferably within the medical device industry
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Schedule flexibility for case coverage and client meetings after hours and on weekends
- Ability to travel approximately, dependent on the territory geography
