Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for leading the sales process in the Columbus, OH territory, opening new implanting centers and expanding business at existing centers, collaborating with hospital clinical and administrative teams, providing implants support and follow-up, managing area budgets, cultivating long-term customer relationships, developing screening programs in hospitals and outpatient practices, planning and reporting visits, recruiting Study-Center registries, monitoring implementation, and training new employees. Strong emphasis on developing new business, maintaining relationships, and effectively communicating across internal/external teams in English; requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and 10 years of experience in the cardiac device industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree or equivalent required
- 10 years of experience in the cardiac device industry required
- Proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong business relationships
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; a working knowledge and understanding of the financial aspects of structuring an agreement
- Ability to provide technical support to implantation and follow-up visits
- Ability to effectively communicate with personnel inside/outside the U.S. in the spoken and written English language
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments effectively
