Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for leading the sales process in the cardiac device territory, opening implanting centers, developing business at hospitals, assisting on implants and follow-up visits, managing area budgets, acquiring new customers, establishing long-term relationships, developing screening programs in hospitals/outpatient practices, planning and reporting customer visits, recruiting Study-Center registries, providing implantation support and training new employees within the Orlando territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree or equivalent required
- 10 years of experience in the cardiac device industry required
- Proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong business relationships
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; working knowledge of financial aspects of structuring an agreement
- Ability to provide technical support to implantation and follow-up visits
- Ability to effectively communicate with personnel inside/outside the U.S. in English
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments effectively
