Job Summary
Territory Manager role in the Bay Area, CA focusing on leadership of the sales process within the designated territory, opening implanting centers, developing hospital partnerships, and managing key customer relationships. Responsibilities include implant support, follow-up visits, area budgeting, recruiting Study-Center Registry and HF sites, planning and reporting customer visits, training new employees, and developing additional business at existing centers. Requires coordinating with clinical and administrative hospital teams, conducting screening program development in hospitals and outpatient practices, and ensuring effective communications in English with personnel both inside and outside the U.S. Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, 10 years of cardiac device experience, strong business development and relationship-building skills, ability to provide technical support for implantation and follow-up, and the capacity to manage multiple assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree or equivalent required
- 10 years of experience in the cardiac device industry required
- Proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong business relationships
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; a working knowledge and understanding of the financial aspects of structuring an agreement
- Ability to provide technical support to implantation and follow-up visits
- Ability to effectively communicate with personnel inside/outside the U.S. in the spoken and written English language
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments effectively
