Job Summary
Territory Manager role in Fort Lauderdale to launch, promote, and drive demand for Pelthos Therapeutics’ product in targeted specialty physician offices. Responsibilities include in-person and group engagements with healthcare professionals, delivering clinically relevant and compliant product information, executing marketing strategies, and developing a territory business plan. Build and maintain relationships with physicians and office staff; develop knowledge of disease states, guidelines, market dynamics, and competitor landscape; deliver engaging presentations and promotional programs aligned with corporate messaging and compliance standards; provide tailored solutions and collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales objectives; travel locally to engage customers five days per week with a strong focus on patient care and account needs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience, plus ability to travel within the geography and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
- Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel within assigned geography including meetings, training events and programs, as necessary (some overnight travel will be required)
