Job Summary
Territory Manager in the Tampa, FL area responsible for building and managing relationships with clinical partners and referral sources, leading in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers, and driving go-to-market initiatives in priority markets. Candidates should have 1-4 years of sales experience (healthcare a plus), strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, and be able to travel locally 4-5 days per week. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus. The role includes field-based responsibilities, collaboration with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams, and a compensation package with base pay and performance-based bonus. This is a full-time, exempt position with hybrid work considerations and base compensation between $65,000 and $80,000 per year, dependent on experience and location.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Must be based in the Tampa, FL area
- Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week
