Job Summary

Territory Manager in the Greater Orlando area focusing on building relationships with clinical partners and referral sources to drive market penetration for Charlie Health's behavioral health programs. Responsible for in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week, developing and operationalizing GTM strategies, expanding partnerships, and collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve go-to-market goals. Requires travel within the local area, strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills, ability to energize and persuade senior personnel, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom. Compensation includes base salary ($65k-$80k) plus performance-based bonus for full-time exempt role; hybrid work arrangement.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-4 years proven sales experience
  • Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills with a consultative style
  • Experience with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
  • Fluency in English
