Job Summary
Territory Manager in Fort Myers, FL, responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategies for new market penetration, building and managing relationships with referral sources across priority markets, leading meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment, and collaborating with internal teams (marketing, product, client success, legal) to deliver GTM goals. The role requires travel within ~1 hour of driving distance, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to oversee multiple partnerships and educational events both in-person and remotely. Must be based in Fort Myers and fluent in English; 1-4 years of sales experience and familiarity with healthcare organizations are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Fort Myers, FL
- Must be fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
