Job Summary
Drive in a Pape' sales vehicle to sell construction and forestry equipment, parts, and services across Curry, Jackson, Josephine, and Siskiyou Counties. Build relationships with new and current customers while leveraging technology to improve their business efficiency and profit margins. Manage your defined territory to create market share and drive unlimited earning potential through a salary plus commission structure. Requires a driver's license, knowledge of heavy equipment, and strong customer relations skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales experience
- Knowledge of construction and forestry equipment
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Driver's license with a good driving record
- The Pape' Group maintains a drug-free workplace and as such, requires candidates to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Financing background preferred
- Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred
