Territory Manager- Employer Partnerships, Southwest (AZ/NV)

Territory Manager - Employer Partnerships in the Southwest focusing on building go-to-market strategies and strong relationships with Labor, Union, and Employer corporate partners. Responsibilities include developing and operationalizing outreach with Labor, Union, and EAP stakeholders, conducting cold outreach and educational meetings, leading in-person field outreach 3–4 days/week, and collaborating with HR teams and benefits managers to improve access to Charlie Health’s services. The role requires educating stakeholders about offerings, identifying access barriers, designing tailored outreach programs, and working with internal teams to meet go-to-market goals in the Employer channel. Must reside in NV or AZ, be able to travel regionally, and bring 5–8+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of KPIs, plus strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills. Benefits are included and compensation ranges from base $70k–$93k with performance-based bonuses; total compensation ranges up to $120k depending on location and experience.
