Job Summary
Territory Manager for Employer Partnerships in the Northeast focused on building and operationalizing go-to-market strategies with Labor, Union, and Employer partners. Develop and manage relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers; conduct cold outreach and educational meetings; lead in-person field outreach 3–4 days/week; identify access barriers to mental health resources and collaborate with EAP providers; design tailored outreach to HR teams, wellness coordinators, and employee resource groups; deepen penetration across partnerships; and collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to achieve go-to-market goals in the Employer channel. Requires 5–8+ years of sales experience, ability to travel regionally, and the capability to educate and influence senior corporate personnel. Remote-friendly within MA, CT, VT, and Upstate NY; base compensation between $70,000 and $93,000 with target total cash between $92,000 and $120,000 per year. The role emphasizes access to Charlie Health’s mental health services, partnerships with unions and employers, and educating stakeholders about offerings; travel and strong relationship-building skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to unions, employers, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
- Must reside in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, Upstate New York
- Ability to travel regionally; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Exceptional ability to energize, advise, and influence senior corporate and organizational leaders
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills with a natural consultative approach
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom preferred
