Job Summary
Territory Manager for Employer Partnerships focused on developing and operationalizing a go-to-market strategy with Labor, Union, and Employer corporate partners. Build and manage relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers; conduct cold outreach, host educational meetings, and lead outreach activities to raise awareness of Charlie Health’s mental health resources. Execute in-person field outreach (3–4 days/week) to lead meetings with employer-based stakeholders and community partners; identify barriers to access and collaborate with EAP providers to overcome them. Design tailored outreach strategies for HR teams, wellness coordinators, and employee resource groups; deepen penetration across existing partnerships and collaborate on long-term initiatives. Lead educational events, presentations, and outreach for HR teams, corporate partners, and EAP providers; synthesize feedback to inform marketing and product strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, client success, legal) to achieve go-to-market goals in the Employer channel; travel regionally as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in North Texas, Oklahoma, or New Mexico
- 5-8+ years proven sales experience
- Experience working with unions, employers, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
- Ability to travel regionally; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
