Territory Manager- Employer Partnerships in NorCal accountable for building and operationalizing a go-to-market strategy focused on Labor, Union, and Employer corporate partners. Responsible for creating, building, and managing relationships with key Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers across priority markets; conducting cold outreach, educational meetings, presentations, and outreach activities; leading in-person field outreach (3–4 days/week) with employer-based stakeholders and community partners; identifying access barriers to mental health resources and collaborating with EAP providers to overcome them; designing tailored outreach strategies to engage HR teams, wellness coordinators, and employee resource groups; deepening penetration across Labor, Union, and Employer partnerships; attending and leading educational events for HR teams, corporate partners, and EAP providers; collaborating with internal teams (marketing, product, client success, legal) to achieve go-to-market goals in the Employer channel; and educating stakeholders about Charlie Health’s offerings to drive access to Intensive Outpatient Programming. This role requires residing in Northern California, regional travel, and a remote-friendly, startup environment with a focus on larger corporate partnerships and workforce wellness.
