Job Summary
Territory Manager East LA – drive sales growth in the assigned geographic region for soft tissue reconstruction medical devices. Educate surgeons, clinical staff, and hospital stakeholders on product benefits and clinical data; present data to support informed product selection; build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and clinical staff; develop territory business plans to achieve revenue goals; collaborate with marketing, customer service, and commercial leadership; maintain CRM records; travel frequently to hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices; participate in regional/national meetings and training; share market insights to support team success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of medical device, biologics, or life sciences sales experience
- Experience selling into hospital environments and working with surgeons and clinical stakeholders preferred
- Background in soft tissue reconstruction, surgical implants, biologics, wound care, or related specialties is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of clinical selling and hospital decision-making process
- Ability to communicate complex scientific and clinical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound business judgment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable background screening requirements
