Job Summary
Territory Manager-Diabetes Medical Device responsible for selling medical devices and providing clinical education to physicians and clinical staff at offices, clinics, and hospitals in Trenton, NJ and surrounding areas. Expected to meet/exceed sales objectives and market share within the assigned geographic area, develop and maintain relationships with key diabetes decision makers and influencers, implement customer loyalty initiatives, demonstrate products effectively, become a product expert, maintain visibility with professional diabetes organizations and KOLs, collaborate with internal and external colleagues, adhere to promotional guidelines, and complete administrative duties within budget. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3-10 years of medical device (B2B) sales experience with a proven track record, strong closing ability, and presentation skills. Compensation includes a $90k base, up to $180k at plan (uncapped) with car allowance, full benefits, and growth opportunities.
