Job Summary
Territory Manager, Dealer Sales in the Seattle, WA area for Global Furniture Group. Drive sales by identifying dealer targets, promoting Global’s products to dealers, designers, and end-users, and expanding market share through regular sales calls, site visits, and presentations. Build and maintain relationships with dealer personnel, designers, and customers; provide product expertise and training to dealer partners; monitor market trends and competitor activity; collaborate with customer service and operations to ensure high customer satisfaction; prepare reports and forecasts. Role involves frequent field travel (>50% within the assigned territory) and may require lifting up to ~25-50 lbs; mix of office, remote, showroom, and client-facing settings. Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3-5 years of outside sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and ability to analyze territory potential and execute sales strategies. Compensation includes base pay plus commissions; standard benefits and travel as part of the role. Veterans encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in dealer or distribution sales, furniture, building materials, or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong business acumen and ability to interpret business reporting
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze territory potential, identify growth opportunities, and execute sales strategies
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within territory; occasional overnight travel as required
