Job Summary
Territory Manager for Ceribell in Dallas, TX focused on selling Ceribell’s point-of-care EEG technology to hospital systems. Responsibilities include closing revenue to meet sales goals, communicating value proposition to key decision-makers, developing and managing a strong pipeline, building clinical champions within ED/ICU/Neurology and hospital administration, engaging multiple hospital departments, negotiating contracts with C-suite level stakeholders, conducting effective discovery with clinical and executive targets, and leveraging cold-calling to establish new opportunities. Candidates should have 5+ years of medical device sales experience (preferably with disruptive hospital-based technologies), be versed in critical care, emergency department, cath lab, neuro, or point-of-care environments, and demonstrate ROI-focused selling, a track record of sales rankings, hunter mentality, high EQ, robust negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously while building cross-department relationships. Compensation includes base salary and on-target earnings, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably selling disruptive technologies into hospitals
- Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments preferred
- Proven ability to manage a complex, hospital-based sales cycle
- Demonstrated success with ROI, Presidents Club (P-Club), and high sales rankings
- Hunter mentality with ability to drive change through multiple stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to apply coaching or feedback effectively
- Strong negotiation skills for complex contracts with senior hospital executives
- Self-starter with ability to initiate and manage tasks independently
- Strong relationship-building across hospital departments and specialties
