Job Summary

Drive territory sales objectives by cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers, selling and servicing Coloplast's Continence Care portfolio, and executing clear plans to maximize market share. Analyze sales and marketing data to identify leverageable opportunities, conduct cost/benefit analysis, and ensure timely advancement of the sale process against annual minimum contract commitments. Utilize consultative selling skills to uncover customer strategies, manage daily call routines across GPO and IDN contracts, and maintain long-term relationships while attending industry events like UOA and WOCN meetings. Organize CRM information, manage sales reporting, and adhere to ethical standards while traveling 25-50% of the time to meet healthcare customers in person.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of med tech sales experience
  • 2-year associate degree
  • 5+ years of med tech sales experience
  • 7+ years of med tech sales experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight
  • 25% - 50% travel
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • High attention for detail and follow through
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate effective time and territory management skills
  • Administrative capabilities
  • Effective written and oral communication capabilities
  • Clear understanding of clinical and technical product knowledge
  • Strong understanding of competitive activity and products
  • Knowing current market trends and industry information
  • Ability to attend industry related meetings/events for business development opportunities
  • Ability to organize and manage information utilizing CRM tool
  • Ability to maintain current records and administrative duties
  • Ability to conduct sales reporting
  • Ability to manage expense management
  • Ability to meet healthcare customers in person at their facilities or healthcare systems
  • Ability to complete credentialing requirements that meet the access requirements of each healthcare facility or system
  • Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Ability to comply with the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals
  • Ability to comply with company policies

Desired Qualifications
