Job Summary

Territory Manager in Fort Collins, CO, responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategy for new market penetration, building and managing relationships with referral sources, and leading in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement partnerships. You’ll lead field activities 4-5 days per week, design engagement strategies for referral partners across channels, deepen partnerships, and participate in educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events. Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to inform GTM goals. Ideal candidates have 1-4 years of sales experience, are able to travel locally, and are fluent in English; healthcare exposure is a plus. Base compensation targeted between $70,000-$85,000 per year, with performance-based bonus potential, and full-time benefits. Required Qualifications

  • Based in Fort Collins, CO
  • Fluent in English
  • 1-4 years proven sales experience
  • Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
  • Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week for meetings
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
  • Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom experience a plus
